Twitter the Impact
Recently I have come across the benefits of twitter for professional developments. There are many fellow teaching professionals who use twitter. Through twitter I have been able to use ideas to use into my teaching across the curriculum. On twitter there are a number of people to follow and communicate with as well as chats to join in with. Chats are the opportunity to discuss a topic to do with teaching. Six questions are asked and discussed by people in the chat using the appropriate #hashtag.
Monday 8-9pm = #tweachcode - chance to discuss with fellow computing experts about the curriculum and teaching
#primaryrocks - chance to discuss about topics regarding primary teaching
Thursday 8-9pm = #ukedchat - the most often hashtag used by fellow teaching professionals. Chats cover a range of different topics
#bettchat - discussion about the use of technology in the classroom.
